THE Challenge

VORO, a fast-growing real estate brokerage operating across multiple states, approached Kimmy The Great Inc. with an initial need to improve agent communications and engagement. With over 1,000 agents and a rapidly evolving business model centered around high-commission structures, entrepreneurship, and digital-first operations, the brokerage faced a larger challenge beneath the surface:

Its digital ecosystem no longer reflected the scale, sophistication, or future vision of the company.

The existing website lacked clear messaging, cohesive positioning, and structured pathways for its multiple audiences which includes buyers, sellers, investors, experienced agents, team leaders, and prospective recruits. Core services including lending and title insurance were underrepresented, the site navigation lacked strategic hierarchy, and opportunities for lead generation, conversion, and agent acquisition were being missed.

At the same time, the organization was preparing for future operational growth, including enhancements to the internal agent portal to better centralize resources, onboarding, communication, transaction management, and team operations.

Website Redesign & Information Architecture

We led the strategic restructuring of the website hierarchy and user experience to support both consumer and agent acquisition goals.

Working extensively in Figma, we provided detailed UX copy direction, page hierarchy recommendations, content planning, and interface notes to guide implementation across design and development teams.

Product Thinking & Agent Experience

Beyond the public-facing website, we helped shape the roadmap for a more centralized and scalable agent experience.

This included strategic planning and content development for:

  • Updated onboarding flows

  • Team leader qualification systems
